PATOLOGIA ANORRECTAL DE URGENCIA

Las urgencias anorectales se refieren a todos los trastornos que se producen a nivel de la región anal y perianal, cuyos síntomas y signos requieren un tratamiento inmediato; haciendo de estas los motivos más frecuentes de consulta y teniendo a manera de reto llegar a un diagnóstico de forma temprana, debido a que la mayoría de paciente acuden tardíamente, pues manifiestan miedo o vergüenza al presentar o al hablar de sintomatología de este tipo; además, está el temor del examen proctológico que incluye tacto rectal y anoscopia.
Debemos conocer que para el diagnóstico rápido y oportuno de la patología ano rectal de urgencias, nuestra gran aliada seria la historia clínica, pues gracias a esta podemos identificar factores de riesgo y síntomas de alarma, tales como el dolor rectal y el sangrado que pueden necesitar tratamiento inmediato, además, se pueden encontrar otros síntomas, como edema y tumefacción en región perianal, secreción anal y fiebre que se presenta en problemas con procesos infecciosos de la zona.
