Introduction: The convergence of General Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging has redefined medical practice, driving notable advancements in preoperative assessment and surgical guidance. Personalization of minimally invasive surgery, implementation of artificial intelligence techniques, and the introduction of augmented reality have transformed surgical decision-making.

Development: In the development of the theoretical framework, the integration of General Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging was explored, emphasizing key advancements. The role of artificial intelligence in medical image interpretation was analyzed, highlighting its ability to segment organs and predict surgical outcomes.
