The administrative management of university legal clinics constitutes a significant challenge to ensure operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and social impact in vulnerable communities. However, the literature reveals diverse approaches and results that require systematization to identify consistent patterns and areas for improvement. This article aims to conduct a systematic review of the available research, focusing on the use of advanced statistical tools to optimize administrative processes and improve the quality of services offered. The methodology involved a search in recognized scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, covering studies published between 2013 and 2023. The review included studies that applied statistical methods to the management of legal clinics, analyzing indicators such as administrative efficiency, user satisfaction, social impact, and resource distribution. The results highlight that the use of predictive models and advanced statistical analyses significantly enhances resource optimization and reduces operational costs compared to descriptive approaches. Furthermore, a positive correlation was identified between efficient administrative management and higher levels of user satisfaction, as well as an increased social impact in vulnerable communities.
