Sources of Administrative Law in public management

Within Administrative Law as such, there are several legal figures that are of vital importance for public administration in general, but it is essential to recognize the sources of Administrative Law in order to exercise a public management aligned to a constitutional State of rights; these sources are extremely important for the administration. The present work, through a serious bibliographic review, characterizes these sources and allows us to conclude that these sources, due to their special characteristics, allow us to achieve not only a conceptual and epistemological basis for the exercise of power, but also provide the State with a broader, more orderly vision, where both the rights and guarantees of citizens and public servants are respected, thus allowing a transparent, efficient, equitable and solid public management, working together with the various public-private institutions, guided in this way in each of the laws, jurisprudence, regulations and especially in the Constitution.
