MIPYMESAbstract
This research is oriented to the analysis of business management in the post-pandemic in the context of Latin America, using a mixed approach, under a hermeneutical and interpretive method. In the first instance, a study was carried out of the economic and social environment in which Latin American organizations currently operate, then the most important factors that contributed to business management in pandemic and post-pandemic scenarios were described, in order to generate a space for reflection where it was established that COVID-19 had a catastrophic impact in the region, aggravating poverty and unemployment, as a direct consequence of the structural weaknesses accumulated for decades. In the same way, it has been possible to identify recovery opportunities according to the "malleability" and "capital intensity" of the sectors, and finally the support of governments at different levels and the accompaniment of international organizations, mainly the sector of MSMEs, favoring their survival and reactivation.
