Administrative management through strategic thinking of the leveling and admission unit, National University of Chimborazo

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to address one of the problems faced by educational institutions is the lack of a Strategic Plan and the lack of knowledge in Administrative Management, due to the fact that their managers do not comply with the policies, purposes, principles, objectives and goals, the Leveling and Admission Unit of the National University of Chimborazo immersed in this problem, has not defined its internal organization, therefore it will try to improve the administrative management of said institution, the methodology used was a research of descriptive and documentary type with which we intend to solve the problem of: How does the lack of strategic planning affect the administrative management of the unit? The most important conclusion that this investigation produced was to find an initial abstraction from which the development of knowledge started. scientific available on the subject where administrative management is conceptualized as the capacity and process of planning, direction, organization and control, for the construction, affirmation and development of the new educational unit focused on internal and external needs, the same ones that They are essential to have a competition management.
