The objective of this research was to develop a computer system to manage student attendance at the public enterprise CONDUESPOCH using fingerprint recognition. In the initial phase, through interviews and observation, 40 functional and 5 non-functional requirements were defined. The Scrum agile methodology was applied, completing 41 user stories and 6 engineering tasks over 440 hours of collaborative work. The final product integrates three components under a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture connected to a PostgreSQL database: a desktop application for registration (using a Secugen Hamster Plus reader), a web application for administration, and a mobile application for consultation. Tools such as NetBeans, Visual Code, Android Studio, pgAdmin4, and the Laravel 10 framework were used for development. Finally, validation based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard and statistical analysis confirmed that the new system significantly improves usability and response times compared to the previous process.
