Abstract

The proposed design based on the amount of available waste generated the treatment of 12.5 Kg manure/day, which has a humidity of 86.05%, a C/N ratio of 20.3, which are within the ideal parameters for the anaerobic biodigestion, to use the raw material in a tubular biodigester, it was required to dilute the total volume of the biodigester to 10% with a volume of water of 0.46 /day to treat the raw material in the climatic conditions of the installation site is 35.4 , a volume that is divided into three biodigesters of 17.68 , with which the dimensions of the biodigester have a roll width of 2 meters and a length of 9.3 meters, built with low-cost material and demonstrates be manageable. Biogas has been produced with a minimum quality of 58% and a maximum of 70.07% CH4, with traces of H2S that do not exceed 40 ppm. The nutrients present in the biol, mineral nitrogen in the form of NH4+, exceeds 43 ppm, phosphorus over 14 ppm and potassium over 100 ppm.
