Alianzas estratégicas y coinnovación en clústeres: análisis de redes interorganizacionales

Este artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica sistemática sobre las alianzas estratégicas y su papel en la coinovación dentro de los clústeres industriales, analizadas desde el enfoque de las redes interorganizacionales. El estudio identifica los principales aportes teóricos, metodológicos y empíricos desarrollados entre 2018 y 2025 en bases de datos académicas de alto impacto. Los resultados evidencian que las alianzas estratégicas, sustentadas en la confianza, la complementariedad de recursos y la gobernanza relacional, fortalecen la capacidad de innovación colectiva. Asimismo, la estructura de las redes su densidad, centralidad y diversidad influye directamente en la transferencia de conocimiento y el desempeño innovador. Se concluye que la coinovación surge como un proceso colaborativo donde las empresas, instituciones académicas y organismos públicos co-crean valor dentro del clúster, generando ventajas competitivas sostenibles. Finalmente, se destacan vacíos de investigación relacionados con el uso de metodologías mixtas y la limitada evidencia en contextos latinoamericanos.
