The use of microorganisms through their inoculation in hydroponic systems is an efficient action to increase the yield of crops, for this reason the purpose of this research was to quantify the effect of the inoculation of Actinomycetes, Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus subtilis and Natrum muriaticum on the growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa) grown in hydroponic systems, for this a completely randomized experiment was conducted, where the parameters evaluated were: plant height, number, length and width of leaf;, chlorophyll, fresh weight of leaf and roots, as well as yield. The results show that plants inoculated with T. harzianum and N. muriaticum showed greater vegetative development, which resulted in higher lettuce yields; therefore, it is concluded that inoculation with strains of these microorganisms is a sustainable practice by minimizing the use of chemical fertilization, which reduces costs, achieving food safety and minimizing the risks of environmental contamination.
