Educational Innovation in the School of Basic Education "General Vicente Anda Aguirre" Ecuador

Educational innovation is an important factor in the educational field. In this research we analyzed how educational innovation influences and enhances educational processes, for this purpose we conducted a descriptive study of 30 teachers of the School of Basic Education "General Vicente Anda Aguirre" Ecuador, with the aim of obtaining technical criteria about educational innovation, the results show that there is a challenging scenario for teachers and opinions differ from one teacher to another, we identified where they seek information, strategies, aspects that hinder educational innovation, characteristics, elements to strengthen and improve.
