El Rol de la Familia frente al Embarazo Adolescente: Un Análisis Bibliométrico

El embarazo adolescente constituye un desafío global con implicaciones profundas en la salud física, emocional y socioeconómica de las jóvenes y sus familias. El objetivo de esta investigación es explorar la relación entre la dinámica familiar y el embarazo adolescente, identificando tendencias, vacíos de conocimiento y áreas prioritarias para futuras investigaciones. Se emplearon herramientas como Bibliometrix y Biblioshiny para analizar 140 artículos publicados entre 1976 y 2024. Los resultados muestran una evolución fluctuante en la producción científica, con picos significativos en los años 1996, 2005 y 2024, lo que sugiere un interés creciente en el tema. Términos como "embarazo adolescente" y "apoyo familiar" destacan como elementos clave en la literatura. Asimismo, se identificaron redes de colaboración entre autores e instituciones, siendo Estados Unidos y Brasil los principales contribuyentes. La investigación se agrupa en cuatro áreas temáticas: (1) embarazo adolescente, (2) desarrollo adolescente, (3) influencia familiar, y (4) salud integral en la adolescencia. Este estudio concluye que la familia desempeña un papel crucial en la prevención y gestión del embarazo adolescente, destacando la importancia del apoyo social, la comunicación efectiva y la educación sexual integral.
